(hereinafter, “WCHT”).

Any Website use implies your acceptance without reservations and the full and complete adherence to this document, which prevails over any others, with the exception of any specific conditions that may be agreed upon in writing by WCHT.

The use of any term defined in this Privacy Policy that has not been expressly defined in the same, shall have the meaning that is attributed to it in the General Conditions of Use and Contracting.

2 – TYPE OF DATA TREATED

When using the Website, the following Personal Data may be treated:

  • Identification data: first and last names, billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number, date of birth.
  • Data related to your condition and interests: allergies, activities or interests, etc.
  • Connection data: IP address, connection identification.
  • Data related to order follow-up: product acquired, service provided, order history, opinion on the service, products consulted, use of a promotional code, delivery mode and expenses, purchase details.
  • Data related to payment: payment method, payment card information, operation number.

3 – OBJECTIVE OF THE DATA TREATMENT – DURATION

4 – RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data collected in the website is intended for World Chefs Tour S.L. and the set of companies that it controls, and/or the collaborators and subcontractors of World Chefs Tour S.L.

In addition, the Personal Data may be communicated to the relevant authorities in the exercising of their functions.

5 – DATA TRANSFER

We guarantee that the Personal Data will not be transferred outside of the European Union or to any country that has not been the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission. However, transfers outside of the European Union may be made within the framework of the following activities:

In this case, WCHT shall adopt the relative guarantees, in accordance with Article 46.2.d) of the RGPD for the implementation of the European Commission-type contractual clauses.

In order to respect the laws intended to protect minors, WCHT shall not collect or treat any personal data on minors. Therefore, the services available in this website are directed only to individuals over the age of 18.

8 – THIRD PARTY DATA

For the management of the tables and seats, the user should communicate the Personal Data of their guests, including any relevant data on allergies or food intolerances. To do so, the User should have obtained the prior informed consent of the party, notifying the guests as to the content of this Privacy Policy and the General Conditions who have agreed to the same. The user is the sole responsible party having the duty to provide the information and to have received the prior consent of the third parties, with WCHT not having to carry out any additional action with respect to these third parties.

The Website may contain some links to other sites whose content is not subject to our control and that shall not be covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of said sites or for their means of collection or treatment of Personal Data.

We agree to implement measures to ensure the security of your Personal Data. These are technical and organisational measures that ensure suitable security. They may include, among others:

The invalidity of a single clause does not imply the invalidity of the entire Privacy Policy. The temporary or permanent failure to apply one or various clauses by WCHT does not constitute any waiver by their part.
